Radio Rasant

Radio Rasant is the one and only youth radio station of its kind operating around the world. As UNICEF Junior Ambassadors we often report about social aspects from the UN concerned with children and youth.
According to the World Water Day 2008 we will prepare a common one hour radio programme about "Saving Water" with students from different countries: from e.g. Russia, Egypt, Burkina Faso, Ecuador, Barbados, Finland and Germany. They will point out different kind of views about the necessity of saving water as a important recource especially due to children and females.
This radio programm which is done by about 100 students of different ages, languages and cultures will finally be relayed around the world on 22nd March 2008 to let all people become aware about the importance of protecting tap water.
