The Virtual Walk For Water takes place on Saturday, March 22nd. Your name will be carried in a jug at each walk symbolizing your commitment to World Water Day. If there is not a Walk for Water Event in your area or you can't attend in person, show your support by joining the global "Virtual Walk For Water". We'll include your name in a symbolic water jug to be carried by a participant in one of the local Walk for Water events.

All events are free to attend, but to guarantee a spot you'll need to register online at www.worldwaterday.net. Upon registration, you will be issued a ticket. Once you register, you will receive additional instructions on how to retrieve your ticket, or change our event selection. You can also create a personal Water Advocates page that you can use to invite your friends and family to join you on World Water Day 2008.
