Water for Life - the UK Input

A ONE DAY CONFERENCE hosted by the Royal Geographical Society (with IBG) and the Centre for Ecology and Hydrology (CEH) to mark the official start of the UN “Water for Life” decade. The conference will include sessions on international policy, governance, science, technology and capacity building and conclude with a panel discussion session. The meeting aims to promote collaboration and alignment of effort across Government departments, NGOs and other UK institutions in their pursuit of the identified and agreed Millennium Development Goals and will also assist the efforts being made by the UK in support of the water programmes undertaken within the framework of the United Nations.

Poster sessions are available for interested delegates. Registrations close on 11th March 2005.
