Dr. Hemashree Deka PhD., comment on Discussion on transboundary water themeI feel the theme is appropiate specially in the present scenerio of many states in south India. At least the realization should come that water is no ones personal resource, its for everyone to use judiciously.I wish all success for the day and to spread the awareness in my profession and personal life.
