About 200 delegates to participate. Experts in water resources development and management will present papers, which give details of water management efforts in the state of Kerala. Panel discussion will give opportunity for delegates and panelists to interact. The programme will be inaugurated by the state Minister for Water Resources, Mr Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan. The Principal Secretary, Water Resources, Govt. of Kerala will preside.
