Er kabindra pudasaini, comment on Discussion on transboundary water themeThe theme of world water day 2009 " Shearing Water and Shearing Oppertinities" will be fruitful in case of Nepal(Developing countres). We have to apply theory of Transboundary water with our neghbouring countries. Nepal as well as India shall take advantage from the biggest rivers( flow from north to south direction) . Before construction Dam or other structures for Hydropower , Irrigation or others, the Transboundary water concept should be applicable and mandotary.
