Because of the significance given by the United Nations to the safe water accessibility one of the activities that will be realized in line to sensitize the public to ensure the implementation of policies for safe management of water resources is emphasizing the issue of the sea pollution monitoring, primarily control over quality of coastal belt of the Adriatic Sea.
In order to fulfill above mentioned Croatian Association for Sanitary Engineering - Chamber of Sanitary Engineers and Technicians, Croatia in collaboration with Institute of Public Health, County Primorsko-goranska, Croatia organizes Public Forum "Programs of Monitoring Adriatic Coastal Marine Belt". This forum is organized in light of the importance of the monitoring the pollution of coastal marine belt as full recipient of land polluted surface and underwater watercourses. Forum will be platform for the latest experiences in programs of monitoring the land base pollution of the Adriatic Sea coast belt.
It represents the reflection of the Croatian land watercourses contamination due to the fact that most of the continental effluences ends in Adriatic as the final recipient.
