Raindance Rubberboots

The Honorable Cree Elder Lillian Shirt will give blessings to Edmonton World Water Day Monday March 22 2010 12 noon at City Hall outdoor plaza.

The festival is presented by Raindance Rubberboots and Sunshine Treeshade charitable non-profit creators of humanitarian and ecology benefit events that help local and international charities.

At Raindance Rubberboots annual/founding requests City of Edmonton Mayor Stephen Mandel has kindly made official civic date proclamations on behalf of all Edmontonians "Edmonton World Water Day March 22" (2008, 2009, 2010).

EVENT #1 7 p.m. SATURDAY NIGHT MARCH 20

Hydeaway All Ages Art Space 10209 - 100 avenue (on 102 Street one block south of Jasper avenue with very close bus and train service - DOWNTOWN EDMONTON - phone 780-426-5381)

doors at 7 pm, immediate viewing of Water Themed Art Exhibit and Water Ecology Research Posters Display, Live Music Performances start soon after doors open, ends 11:45 p.m. (6 to 7 pm - media early access to interview the performers and presenters).

Celebrating the United Nations Water for Life decade 2005-2015 and World Water Day March 22.
