Australian Students Demand End to Logging of Water Catchments

Students on seven Victorian university campuses from the Australian Student Environment Network are holding actions, treesits, banner drops, and plastic paddling pool actions on the steps of Parliament House to mark World Water Day 2006. Hundreds of students are participating in a phone-in on to the Victorian State Premier Bracks, demanding an end to logging in Victorian Water Catchments.
