The Emilia-Romagna Region wish to celebrate its engagement and efforts about the water saving and conservation.
The Emilia-Romagna Region has beeen the first Italian region to have developed a Water Saving Programme, and to have approved the Water Protection Plan.
The 22th march 2007 will be celebrated with a national congress about the innovative proposal to realize a FORUM on the water saving and conservation.
