What: S.W.I.M. Launch Event, including screening of the student film, "The Water Underground"

Where: Solar1 at Stuyvesant Cove, 21st Street and FDR Drive in Manhattan

When: World Water Day, Thursday, March 22 @ 1pm

Combined Sewer Overflows (CSO) dump more than 27 billion gallons of untreated sewage and polluted storm water into NYC waterways each year. To stop this, we can capture storm water on land, and green our communities in the process.

Storm Water Infrastructure Matters (S.W.I.M.) is a coalition dedicated to ensuring swimmable waters around New York City through natural, sustainable storm water management practices in our neighborhoods.

Please distribute this invitation to people and groups who want to Make the City Greener to Make the Water Cleaner!
