The Institute for Health and Food Safety Zenica City, Bosnia and Herzegovina organized a seminar “WATER AND WASTEWATER – Contemporary trends in waste water management”.
After the opening statement of prof. dr. Smajil Durmisevic about World Water Day 2017, Dr. Jasmina Cepic spoke about -“Current trends in the management of waste water”, then dr. Nermin Rondic – Trends of drinking water supply in the area ZDC and ph. dr. Amir Ibrahimagic- “Laboratory for waste water – in light of the approaching EU integration”.
Seminar was organized on the protection of water for the representatives of Ministries of Health, Environment Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management; Epidemiological services of Health Centers and Public Health Institutes; Eco-Inspectors, Sanitation, and Municipal Water Inspectors; representatives of utility companies and companies of water supply and sewerage facilities, and representatives of local communities.
Health promotional material (flyer and posters) were distributed for local communities and members of seminar.
