Italy - Veneto Region
ARPAV the- Environmental Protection and Prevention Agency in Italy with contribution of Veneto Region has produced a brochure “Water ...reflect ourselves!” about the water saving issue, which was presented at Urbania - Fair in Padua, earlier in March 2001. The brochure will be presented by Veneto Region on occasion of World Water Day, in Venice, 22th March 2001.
It consists of a little guide through mythology, religions and different cultures’ use of water, with some examples about literature and music. It also serves as a handbook for citizens in order to preserve and defend water resources.
