The Philippine Presidential Task Force on Safe Water chaired by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources initiated a “Water Congress” last March 22, 2001. I represented the Department of Health (DOH) and gave input on the theme “Water for Health” and I was a guest on TV where I discussed the same topic.
