Water Walks in Delft, The Netherlands
On World Water Day 2019, IHE Delft is organizing four Water Walks around the city of Delft. All of the walks will start in front of the IHE Delft building (Westvest 7, Delft) and each will take between 30 – 60 minutes. The walks will start at: 10.00 hrs – one walk 12.45 hrs – two walks 14.30 hrs – one walk Iris de Geus will lead walks at 10.00 hrs and 12.45 hrs, and her tour will focus on the important relationship between Delft and water in all its facets. Ronald de Heer is a former Hydraulic Engineering lecturer at IHE Delft and his walks will take place at 12.45 hrs and 14.30 hrs.
