Youth Adda on World Water Day 2019
Sustainable Development Goal 6 (SDG 6) aims to ensure availability and Sustainable Management of water for all by 2030. The Theme for World Water Day 2019 is ‘Leaving no one behind’. At present Billions of people is still living without safer water-their households, schools, workplace, farms and factories struggling to survive and thrive. SERAC-Bangladesh is going to organize a Youth adda on World Water Day 2019 in SERAC-Bangladesh office. SERAC-Bangladesh is a youth led law and development organization. The discussions will be focused on three major topics: • To ‘leave no one behind’, we must focus our efforts towards including people who have been marginalized or ignored. • Water services must meet the needs of marginalized groups and their voices must be heard in decision-making processes. • Regulatory and legal frameworks must recognize the right to water for all people, and sufficient funding must be fairly and effectively targeted at those Participate in the World Water Day celebration and follow the conversation online to contribute and amplify youth voices, concerns, and ideas. Participation cost: FREE ! (but registration required) #### Girls and women are seriously encouraged to join. . The Youth Adda is scheduled on March 22, 2018 from 04.00 pm to 05.00 pm, in Dhaka Last time to register has been ended on March 21 , 2019 08.00PM(Bangladesh time) It is mandatory to be present full time.
